Canada-wide Shipping: We currently ship exclusively within Canada.
Processing & Delivery Timeframes: Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing. Delivery typically takes between 4 to 11 days.
Shipping Fees: A flat rate of $20 applies to all orders. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $250.
Product & Service Refund Policy
Customer Satisfaction: At Shades of Skin Beauty Bar, your satisfaction is our top priority.
Non-Refundable Items: Please note that treatments, packages, products, and gift certificates are final sale and non-refundable.
Resolution: While we strive to meet your needs, if you're not entirely satisfied, please contact us for assistance.
Spa Booking, Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Booking Confirmation: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your total service cost.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling without at least 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. To rebook, a new $50 deposit is required.
Visitor Policy & Location: Visitors are not permitted unless the client is under 18, in which case a parent may be present.
Location: Salon Diva, 120 Woodstream Blvd, Woodbridge. We are on the second floor.
Parking: Available in front, look for Visitors parking.
Payment Policy
Payment Methods: Remaining balances can be settled on the day of your appointment via Cash, E-transfer, Debit, or Credit Card (tax additional).
Treatment Packages: Payment can be split into up to 3 installments. Funds paid for packages cannot be transferred or credited toward other services or products. Packages can be shared within the 6-month validity period.
Expiration & Final Sale: All packages expire 6 months after purchase. All packages are final sale. Loyalty cards expire 1 year after the first treatment. Gift cards expire 1 year from the purchase date.
Late Arrival Policy
Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Grace Period: A 15 minute grace period is allowed.
Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a cancellation. Your deposit will be forfeited, and the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled.
